I work end‑to‑end: from inception through delivery to handover. That means planned general inspections, auditing and risk, reviewing maintenance regimes and contractual obligations, identifying shortfalls — and then turning that intelligence into clear, actionable plans.

Role
As a Technical Assurance Engineer on HS2, I played a key role in ensuring that one of the UK's largest and most complex infrastructure programmes delivered assets that were safe, compliant, and built to the exacting technical standards set by HS2 and its stakeholders. My role sat at the intersection of design, engineering, construction, and governance — making sure every work package (civils, tunnels, systems, station interfaces) met its technical requirements and could be confidently certified at each stage of the project lifecycle.

Managed requirements, verification & validation, assurance documentation and technical change control — enabling HS2 to progress through its assurance gateways with confidence and deliver a safe, high‑quality railway.
Emergency congestion plan for the UK's busiest station in 2021 — later adopted across the wider TfL network.
